Pick any books as usual, and fill out the personalization form for each one, then ignore the next page that tells you to add it to your shopping cart, because you will have already done that.
When you are done filling out the personalization forms, click on the "View Cart" button above and complete the purchase. All of the books will be shipped to one address.
